The short version. Numora organizes your tax documents and prepares drafts. It is not a tax preparer, and it never files anything for you — you review, sign and file your own return, or hand it to a professional. Automated systems can make mistakes, so check everything before you rely on it.
Numora is a document-organization and information tool for U.S. taxpayers. It reads tax-related documents you place in your own cloud storage, organizes them, asks you questions, explains rules with references to official sources, and prepares draft forms for your review.
Numora is not a tax preparer, tax advisor, accountant, attorney, or licensed professional of any kind. Numora does not sign, submit or file anything with the IRS or any state agency on your behalf. Using Numora does not create a professional relationship of any kind.
You are solely responsible for reviewing everything Numora produces, verifying that it is accurate and complete, signing your own return, and filing it yourself or through a professional of your choosing. Every document Numora generates is marked as a draft until you close a tax year, and remains yours to check.
You confirm that the documents and information you provide are yours, or that you are authorized to use them.
Numora uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to read documents and produce drafts and explanations. These systems can make mistakes. Numora reports confidence levels and asks you to confirm data it is unsure about, but it does not guarantee that any extraction, calculation, draft or explanation is accurate, complete, or applicable to your situation.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Information Numora provides — including references to the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, IRS publications and state materials — is general information, not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice for your circumstances. Tax rules change and vary by jurisdiction and by year. For decisions that matter, consult a licensed professional.
Numora operates inside a folder you authorize in your own cloud storage account. Your documents remain in your account. Document contents are processed only to perform the service and are not retained afterwards, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may revoke Numora's access at any time, from inside Numora or from your cloud provider's settings. If you do, your files remain in your account, unchanged; Numora simply stops working.
Organizing your documents is free, with no time limit. Payment is required only to finish a tax year — that is, to run the final review and generate the final documents. Current prices are shown at the point of purchase.
This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription or a membership. Nothing renews, nothing is charged automatically, and there is nothing to cancel. Paying for one tax year commits you to nothing afterwards.
Refunds. A charge may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, provided the tax year has not been closed. Once a tax year has been closed and its final documents generated, that charge is not refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ademas AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, penalties, interest, or additional taxes assessed by any authority, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may not use Numora to process documents that are not yours or that you are not authorized to handle; attempt to extract, resell or redistribute the service's outputs as a competing product; circumvent usage limits; or use the service for anything unlawful. We may apply fair-use limits to free accounts and may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
You may stop using Numora at any time. Cancelling ends future billing; your documents and everything Numora wrote for you stay in your own cloud storage. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Talk to us first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at the address below and give us thirty days to try to resolve the issue informally. Most problems are fixable faster than any formal process.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court where permitted.
